I like it! Endorsed! Love the watchman. Maybe add some more interactions with the hunters because they're too alike? Make them walk/patrol the whole area from time to time and have some maybe farm, craft and the like too to add diversity. Also maybe add a new npc inside the lodge like a steward/housecarl. Add some animals too to make the area livelier. Rangers love animals. What else.. oh, the basement is too dark for me. Haha, sorry for comments I really like the area.
Edit: Also, when you fast travel, the player should be fast traveled inside the area and not outside the gate.
I'm thinking about doing just that. It's just an awkward angle to work with, but I may just add some scaffolding underneath it to make it look more pleasing to the eye.
