Hey, if u r open to suggestions then maybe u could keep increase the damage of the health drain spell something like 85 but keep it constant regardless of the stage of vampirism also make the abilities & spells of stage 4 vampirism available at all stages plus upgrade them to increase with the player's level..keep the light level penalties as they r in dawnguard with respect to the stage of vampirism..this will give a reason to feed & make the seduction spell stronger which scales with the player level..keep the resistance to frost & weakness to fire as they were in dawnguard..at stage 3 maybe vampires could drain stamina & at stage 4 vampires could drain magicka as well... u see skyrim vampires r different & they do not need to feed to survive like typical vampires instead they grow stronger & monstrous..they r more close to draugrs & need blood to look human again(that stage 4 hatred made sense cause people could see ur appearance changing) & have that hunger for blood...this also explains the reduction in their weakness to fire & reduction in resistance to frost cause when fully fed vampires have blood which is a fluid in their body which can freeze & slow a vampire down..when they don't they r susceptible to fire just like draugrs r..that was the logic anyway
