Hi, had the same issue..... Basically uninstall the mod in your mod organizer then re download it BUT do so manually to desktop, then extract the files to desktop [ 7zip or winrar ] and choose the one you want from inside that folder ( i used the 175 its a bit better than the 130) then copy it and paste it into the same folder as your other .esp files (skse/steamapps/common/skyrim) "some in game testing to find the one that suits you" just delete the other ones from the data folder that you don't use! in other words use only ONE. Hope that helps you out.
I manually downloaded and installed the one i preferred that way since loot does not recognize the file as relevant...."it either enables all plugins or disables all plugins & you cant enable or disable manually" i took the 175 version as that was the most realistic in my opinion. Changed my game for the better Thank You!
TO SELECT JUMP HEIGHT: In NMM, select plugins tab. there are 7 or so different Jump ESM's. deselect all except the one you want. Push space in-game and PRESTO, you're higher then Bob Marley @ a recording studio.
To the mod author, thank you so much for this. Your suggestion to go with the second rank, 130 or whatever it is, is spot-on. It's just enough to get over fences anyone should be able to hop over, without getting carried away with jumping over a hill. Makes climbing just a tiny bit easier. Perfect for my play style.
I use this not as a cheat, but rather to get out of the numerous tank traps in the environment. If I get stuck between some stupidly placed objects, I save game, quit to desktop, choose the jump height which will get me out of whichever one of Bathesda's unwittingly created tiger traps I've fallen into, load the save and jump out, save/quit, uncheck the mod, then proceed as normal. It sounds like a lot of trouble, but it but it beats having to go back and play gods know how much time over again!

Strange i have never had a problem with console commands in skyrim , i have had the it won't work problem with Fallout NV and 4 . have you ever used TES5edit ? you should , the last time i used it i found over 2,500 dirty edits that Bethesda left in between the update and 3 DLC's and a bunch of cut content that was only partially removed , messages like unused data in children of the sky something or other that can't be found in game but left an imprint in the form of a dirty edit or the same data being added by the update being added by the DLC's . without the huge mod community , Skyrim is almost unplayable on pc , without the hard work of modders that brought us skse and the unofficial patches , hdt , a fix for just about anything you will run into is out there if you look hard enough for it .
I've found that sometimes TCL doesn't work for me either, unless I enable player controls first (via enableplayercontrols command), for some reason. Same with TGM (I'm a cheater sometimes)
Having a Irritating problem that keeps resetting my jumphight back to normal with like 5 mins interval. Overriding this -.- Cannot for the life of me figure out what causes this. Have numerous mods installed and hard to tell wich it could be since in my experience its rarely the obvious mods that are the culprit. Someone here have had that problem who have figured out what it could be? Thought it was sneak tools but it still happend after ive uninstalled it.
Better vampires does that , if you are using that mod you need to unclick the adjusted jump height bonus thing a ma jig with the MCM , as a note i alway get rid of the speed bonus added by Better vampires too , because it messes with the flying mod or better put the flying mod will cause your vampire to have a speed bonus that is so fast you will probably CTD . Hope that helps , if you're not using Better vampires than i couldn't begin to guess what the issue is .
I Decided to give this a try as i prefer to play as a vampire and bethesda's idea of vampires is just wrong , the way they have it there are no benefits only weaknesses , sorry a few not worth mentioning perks . But still in every other vampire story the vampire can jump high fal from huge heights and in some versions fly , so why did they choose to add all the weaknesses and basically none of the benefits . So mods like this , Better vampires and the flying mod are at the top of my must have mod list , some would call it cheating but i call it fixing the pathetic excuse for vampires that Bethesda gave us .

The white text with red background means its being ignored.
Better to use Higher Jumping by Volek (also Snipped, but at least done with correct record structure), or grab Athletics Training, or even better, edit it yourself using TES5Edit.
