I based it on the information here... http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Tsun%27s_Battle_Axe
In my other mod i made a trophy room, and while researching into the unique weapons and items etc. in the game I found out about his axe. So I wanted to mod it into the game so I could add it to my collection.
If I did anything to the lore version that differs to the axe in game then it would cease to be Tsun's Battle Axe.
That's the point of this mod. The honed versions just a bit of fun.
I dont remember Tsun giving away his axe when you best him in combat, so how can you display it in your trophy room? It indeed ceases to be Tsun's Battle Axe then.
Maybe modify his dialogue a make him give it away to you as a parting gift when he sends you back to Tamriel after slaying Alduin? Would make way more sense.

*sigh*... because then I'd just be displaying a Draugr Battle Axe in my unique items collection. So when one "drops from every other Draugr" it wouldn't be very unique now would it? Ass. Do some research before criticizing.
No offense, but I share peregrine's opinion. It shares the same model as the Ancient Nord Battleaxe and is between in and the honed version in terms of strength. Maybe you could have it use the Nord Hero battleaxe's model, up it's strength a bit and give it an enchantment? That way it's a little more unique by comparison.

I'm sure it would. Good luck with that.
