If by chance the mod author sees this, because he's been absent, I've taken it upon myself to make an SSE version. Took 2 minutes in creation kit. I'll give credit here for the inspiration.
Hello. Is there any possibility to make blocking by weapon to make no damage when you have your blocking skill near to 100 ? I find it so stupid, when you are master of block with Shield Wall perk 5/5 and you take damage while blocking with weapon, when you don't even get hit by enemy!
This should have been in the game to begin with. Duelists need love too. I will proceed to test it on Whiterun guards! One small error with this is that the Magic School associated with the enchantments is Restoration, which means Fortify Restoration effects will apply to the enchanting of these. I changed it to None in TES5Edit like the Unofficial Skyrim Patch. I'll upload it since no one seems to be updating this mod.

thanks! drives me nuts that games overlook weapon blocking or parrying. Any one whoc were to look up say, German Longsword techniques would see that you OBVIOUSLY block a weapon completely.

The block perks still behave normally and if you are using a mod that changes the block perk tree, then that mod will still work correctly.
