I found that after applying eyeliner and eyeshadow to my nice succubus vampire, her face got very dirty! This was displeasing, so of course I went in search of a mod like the one I used to have for SSE. Unfortunately this mod for Legendary Edition is not exactly the same and did not initially fix her face. Through searching and checking a post on "the other" website, I resolved the problem.
Here is what I did:
The goal is to have 3 files for male face and 3 files for female in your \textures\actors\character\character assets\tintmasks
In my case, I created that file path within Mod Organizer's 'Overwrite' folder.
Note: If your data path already has '\textures\actors\character\character assets\tintmasks' you may want to back that folder structure up to a different folder before proceeding, just in case.
Also note: Following these instructions may remove other makeup / warpaint etc from your characters face, but it should clear up the dirt problem.
1. Download the mod and extract it (You don't have to actually install it, there's no esp file) 2. If using Mod Organizer, check the Overwrite folder to see if the path exists '\textures\actors\character\character assets\tintmasks' 3. If the path does not exist, then copy the \textures folder over to your overwrite folder 4. Use the files provided by the mod as a blueprint to copy and rename using a temporary folder until you have:
I just tried this out in Skyrim Special Edition and it works, at least on my character as far as I can tell. I had a vampire character and the dirt on her face was driving me crazy! lol I just manually downloaded the file then loaded it into NMM.

femaleheaddirt_01
femaleheaddirt_02
femaleheaddirt_03
maleheaddirt_01
maleheaddirt_02
maleheaddirt_03
5. Make sure all 6 files are in your proper \textures\actors\character\character assets\tintmasks
I hope this works for everyone!
