This is the first enb I've tried and it doesn't seem to work with the Vampire Lord's vampire sight or the Night Eye abilities. Is there something I can change in the prefs.ini to fix that?
All ENB mods has the same problem but there's a fix open my enbeffect.fx and edit this line //#define APPLYGAMECOLORCORRECTION change it to #define APPLYGAMECOLORCORRECTION Note: You might experience some abnormal eye adaption
Not sure if 1gb VRAM will suffice since that's pretty low now a days even for this old enb but feel free to try, you can just delete them anyways without harming your save files or any files, and this ENB is made for potato to mid range pc anways. Also take note I'm not updating this ENB anymore but it should still work just without the benefits of the newer d3dll versions but those just adds more flashy visuals which means heavier performance.
i mean at daytime the shadows are very dark. i´m using the v0.132 of enb series, with the v0.119 i have much less frames. and with the v0.157, the interiors are too bright, can i use v0.146?
What do you mean by verydark? can you post some screenshots? as i recall the shadows are only slight darker than the vanilla version maybe you are using a mod that darkens the atmosphere probably Ultra Realistic World Lightning? Anyways if you want it brighter open my enbseries.ini and edit these lines: AmbientLightingIntensityDay=0.93 - This determines the brightness of the shadows and shades, tweak to a higher value for it to be brighter. AmbientLightingCurveDay=0.32 - I prefer tweaking this than the one above and they are both the same, higher value for darker and lower for brighter.
As of enb version i'm not sure unless they've added a new configuration but you can try and just don't go lower than v0.119. Note: If you are not sure about the value just use these, it has the same brightness with vanilla skyrim AmbientLightingIntensityDay=1.0 AmbientLightingCurveDay=0.20
Okay, no i havent got realistic lightning mods, except enhanced lights and fx and realistic lightning overhaul for elfx, but that only applies interiors.
Well if you are stilll experiencing the very dark shadow, would you mind sending me a screen shot after applying that settings so i can help. Capture a screenshot during 10:00AM near "Goldenglow Estate" where multiple tree lies then open your ~ console and type this "fw81a" without quotes to override the weather then take the screenshot.
Thanks for the tip. On another note, you should really put some installation instructions in your description. I had to look around at other ENB's just to see how I should properly install this one, and I'm still just guessing what to do with the sweet fx folder.
Yeah i forgot that one but it's simple, Inside the SweetFX folder there's a file named "Preset_ravenarc" which works like enbseries.ini. It just adds an overlay to the original colors which makes the graphics even better but take note it has no performance impact also use the Scrollock on your keyboard to turn on/off the sweetfx. Now to Sweet Fx Presets, it has 3 folders each of them contains a screenshot and file named "Preset_ravenarc" just like the one above. select your preset and simply replace the "Preset_ravenarc" in the SweetFX/Presets
Great looking ENB, but for my opinion, the shadows are a bit too dark, any way to fix that? i have the HQ, SFX Saturation Preset. I´m also using COT 3.1 *Endorsed*
and by the way, i cant see any reflections on the floor or at the wall, but reflections is still set on true in the enbseries.ini.
The shadow can be fixed but i dont know how bright you want it to be and is it day or night? for reflections The d3d9.dll v0.132 has buggy reflections try using d3d9.dll v0.119 and then open my enbseries.ini and find [Reflection] and edit this line Amount=4.0 set it to 4 for maximum reflection. Note: The only bug i saw with d3d9.dll v0.119 is the blue tint on your character when viewing in first person mode
Edit: Make sure you are using the right d3d9.ddl version use d3d9.dll v0.132 & d3d9.dll v0.119
How to remove dark corners 'vignette' from screen?
Edit: Seems that SweetFx version you have added it, although it is set to 0 (off) in the config. I replaced it with another SweetFx and the corners are gone.
You can turn it off just open my preset file and find this line #define USE_VIGNETTE1 //[0 or 1] Vignette : Darkens the edges of the image to make it look more like it was change to #define USE_VIGNETTE0 //[0 or 1] Vignette : Darkens the edges of the image to make it look more like it was
The High Quality version will surely impact your fps heavily but with the Low Quality version you have no worries. The only difference between these two are the shadows, the HQ version just adds a little bit more shading and shadows on objects but if that doesn't matter to your then i suggest go with the LQ version you'll find it playable with a nice fps.
Sir please remove the d3d9.dll file from the download as creator of ENBseries requested. Then put a link to the corresponding dll in your description page.
