Thanks all. This is my first mod so I tried to keep it simple and I wanted to stay away from messing about with the instance of the spells that already exist.
@UnrealWarfare Thanks, I knew about the toggle but I kinda liked the idea of turning the spell off with a special spell to do it. You still only need 2 clicks for mine but I do get your point about needed two spells to do one job.
@Bluezone I have tried to make dual casting the spell work but my scripting is amateur at best and all I can achieve is a single bright light when dual casting (sounding good) but it messes up if you then single cast Starlight. You end up with two lights and that cancel out the one bright one. If I have better luck I will update. Thanks for the knotty problem though Any advice from someone who can script dual casting on a spell that doesn't really use it, would be gratefully received.
Hey man! Just wanted to say thanks for making this mod. I had problems with the toggle mod mentioned below not working correctly and this works great! Endorsed.
Just so you are aware, there is actually a Candlelight Toggle mod on the Nexus that allows you to toggle it on and off without switching spells to do so, aswell as edit duration and majicka cost.
Not trying to take anything away from your work, just pointing out it's there as it sounds like a mod you would actually want.
