NEW VERSION 1.8 ADDED: A lot of work in a this new version that includes all previous and:
- NPCs Fixes: small fixes for some NPCs that had small bugs or ugly details, and some NPCs are redone from 0 and fixed some NPCs Ages to presevate the Vanilla essence.
- A lot of new NPCs all over the world: Quest NPCs, Encounter Zones, Dungeons, The Khajiit Caravans...
- Encounter Zones NPCs: here its included mostly NPCs you can meet on the roads: farmers, thiefs, vigilants of stendarr, assassins, hunters, some bandits...
- Revised Faction NPCs: The Alik'r Warriors now have a new face wash, there are a lot of them.
I know several others have said similar things, but I'm going to also chime in: I have never seen an NPC replacer that's so thorough at making almost every single NPC look proportionate and even good looking and still vanilla friendly. The amount of NPCs covered is a feat - I have attempted NPC overhauls before and it's a lot of work! There are also woefully few mods that make the males look halfway as decent as the females, and this one really raises the quality bar equally. I use this as an important base for NPCs in my load order every playthrough. Thanks so much for making this mod!
This is a great overhaul, I used it a long time ago. Now come back to get it again after clearing my mods last year. This is one of my favorites, if anyone want to foward Unofficial Patch and other mods like Bring Out Your Dead, Consistently Older People, there is a TES5Edit script that helps: NPC Appearance TES5Edit patcher http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/41889

I too am saddened this revamp has so few endorsements. I suspect mods only become popular if they get listed on review and recommendation sites (eg STEP). Also on the Nexus, the most popular mods in each category sjhow up before the less endorsed ones.
Does anyone else get a face tinting problem with elven NPCs? It seems to be effecting all the dark elves male and female including bandits. It not grey face, but like a weird shader problem.
This can be fixed by installing Etherean Elver Overhaul and unticking its .esp from your load order. Basically, NPCs redone relies on data from EEO, but doesn't really need the .esp from it.
Is it possible that you do a version that has Dragonborn and Dawnguard but excludes Hearthfire? I like your changes but don't really want to buy Hearthfire or the Legendary version. Have Legendary for my PS3 and don't see the need for my PC.
I endorsed your mod a long time ago. It seems to make me wonder why some mods just dont get the endorsements that they should. There are hidden gems as far as mods and yours is one of them.
I have a question. Does anyone else have the problem of having that occasional npc going naked on you? I usually get npc of lower status like the begger in Whiterun going naked on me. The first time it happend, I was running into the inn in Whiterun and wooooooh, got mooned.

How will I be able to install your ESP?
Write an ESP with each separate DLC.
