Hey I just want to pop by and say that I just download your mod but when I dismiss Lydia ( accidently left a couple of important items when I made her my Steward (the one close to Morthal if that is any help) but after that, I can I can't get her or anyone else to be my Steward at either Lakeview or that house near Morthal. I am not sure if you knew about this or not but I just want to let you know about this bug.
I've found the way to dismiss stewards via console commands (mod not needed).

*Using certain console commands disables achievements UNTIL you reload the game, then they are enabled again.
*If you experience no achievements after reloading the game, turn Steam Overlay on again and reload the game.
*Achievements are only awarded when the conditions are met during a game with Steam Overlay on and on a game session not currently using console commands. Example: "Married" will only be awarded if you get married after reloading the game. Getting married, saving, then reloading the game does not give you the achievement.
So I could fire the Steward I had but now I can't hire a new Steward. I have checked all the NPC's that it says can be Stewards and no option on any of them.

Update: Fast travelling seems to have fixed the issue for me. Haven't tried anything else yet.

i have, however, confirmed that a NEW save will still acquire achievements (as long as you dont use console commands)

I tried the console commands in SSE for two houses and it works so far.
Now i can have two permanent residents in each house, awesome.
