If you happened to use the NMM to install this try uninstalling and deleting the mod, then downloading it and installing it manually. I am currently having the same problem. I don't know what the problem is but you are not the only one. I am going to try manually adding it and will post my findings. It's happened to me with Stunning Statues as well, so I believe it might be a folder path problem. But who knows.
indeed, the texture looks better without ENB... I've tested some different graphic mods for skyrim, but I can't decide which one I will use permanently.
Though this is a minor texture modification, the change is visually pleasing and reminds me of a similar artistic style to that of Darksiders. If only the dogs were more competent in greater difficulties I'd use them more often, but I'll be downloading this and endorsing.
The black texture looks noisy with all that little points. And the grey looks like plastic IMO, althought if you can make it black I think it will looks better. Thank you for sharing tho
