Addendum 1a: I highly recommend you used the high compatibliy version if you are planing to use along side other were wolf mods
Addendum 1b: INSTALLING HIGH COMPATIBILITY VERSION (The high compatibility version is a single download stand alone mod as you can see the names to the original files have been changed to FULLx***** these are for the original mod only.)
1) Download the file labeled "High compatibility Version" This is the only file you need.
2) Install with NMM* *I only support NMM mod installs!! Any one using MO or installing manually are on your own & is use at your own risk. This mod has been built using NMM as the Primary Installation handler.
AND AS ALWAYS USE LOOT TO SET MOD LOAD ORDER.
(Boss is out dated and most of it primary contributors are now contributing to loot & NOT to boss so USE LOOT.)
last updated in 2014 :(a standalone weresabre would be awesome edit: i just looked at the files tab. are they seprate replacers? could i use the weresabres with moonlight tales overhaul? (the older bigger one not essentials)
LOVE THIS!!! All I really wanted was a were mod that increased werebeast spawns and made the infection risk a bit greater. This has that plus a lot more but it's not over done. Thanks for that. One question though. I haven't yet done the companion questline where I have to become a werewolf. I JUST got infected by one of the werewolf spawns near one of my castles. Will that affect the questline in a negative way???
Update: Ehhh...I just took a cure disease potion before I transformed. I'm sure I'll get infectified again pretty dern soon though. Lots of spawns every night and all. Whew! Awesomeness!
I don't think it has an impact on the Companions quest. Moonlight Tales Werewolf Essentials (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/59463/?) has a debug option that you can use to turn yourself into a werewolf or cure if you want to try this mod before the companion quest, and is compatible With the HC 1.1 version of this mod. MLT WWE does not have the lunar transformations or infection system.
Does the compatibility version have a bloodlust system? I liked the way that had been worked into your full version as it seemed that the shorter transformations with the ring of Hircine had it as well.
This mod and Werewolf Mastery will not work together since they both alter the playerwerewolfchangescript.pex script. That is true for many werewolf mods including the current 2.33 version of Moonlight Tales. You could look at Advanced Werewolves (http://worldrpg.altervista.org/advanced-werewolves.html) if you want to run this mod or the 2.33 version of Moonlight Tales and have a mod to boost health, stamina and resistances as a werebeast.
