   I don't want to ruin you mod, but you can write "shoutrecoverymult 0" in the console to remove the cooldown. But for those who don't want to use the console commands, this is the mod for you

   this is a creative mod, it might be fun sometimes to shout all the time =D
   but i've found out that the draugr can do it either, its kinda annoying if they do fus ro dah so often, i cant even lift a sword

      Ha! Draugr did that to me in the vanilla version. *Sigh* You get used to it.

   Thank you and why not just simply make their Shouts quiet or stopped, there should be something in the CK
