If anyone had problem with not getting the dialogue option for buying the house from Fanari, this is what I did. I quicksaved inside the Greathall with her inside. Quit the game, launched the game and loaded the save. Then she had the dialogue options for both buying the house and buying improvements. Great house mod! Wish it had a bit more for displaying weapons but that's a personal preference.
The basement door seems to... not exist. I'm not running any other mods that modify such things. (Really, I run very few mods compared to most users. Most of them are also itty bitty things like clothing retextures, faster horses, etc. Biggest are W.A.T.E.R. and RND.) I... don't understand?
Edit: OK, so that was how you made an upgrade "purchasable." Gotcha. It just can cause weird bugs if you get the can't buy it bug (which the loose files did fix for me) and then force your way in through the basement instead (a character used to awkward "mountain climbing" with a speed boost can get around that mountain edge, I'm sorry to say).
Speaking of the balcony, if you do edit it (maybe disabling that door to enable at the same time as the OTHER basement door would be the easiest fix?), maybe having an extra pier rope mesh going into the mountain would also fix the awkward "rope to nowhere?"
I find one bug related to your mod, any sound effect(like looting, equiping item and such) are totaly off, no matter what I try, only disabling your mod actualy bring the sound back, any idea why?
No I have no idea why, I don't see how my mod could cause this. If your using SkyUI when you loose the sound can you still use your item groups?

Just a tip (>....<" i tried this some of the mod houses that i can't find the key. 1. open the console press "~" 2. click the door so the door ID will show. 3. type "unlock". I hope this helps. i tried this on some chests and doors whenever i run out of lock pics(^^,>
You must have 5000 septims to see the option. If you have more than that and still can't see it then let me know and I will have to look at the dialogue when I get the chance.
I have way more than the needed 5000 gold, so that is not the issue for me.
Meanwhile I've added the key to my inventory with the help of the console and gained acces to the house. Of course I'd like to get acces the proper way.
Great mod. Basement and balcony. Good job. Personally i think it fits very well to Skaal village. Brunnsheim - house from other mod similar to this looks like Breezhome. This one is ok.
Edit: I have a problem. I can't get back my weapons from displays. Any fix?
