Ok you handled this wrong, but the idea is the right one. What you need to do is take a normal nord child and make some changes. The skin, mouth, hair are the 3 biggest features of the orc, it is very possible to import these on another race like say nord child.
This reminds me of the days where my mods were public and I was starting out, my best advice is to build upon other mods and require them to be installed for yours to work. You will work your way to bigger things. You will learn from other modders if you do this by seeing what all they did.
