Your updated version fixed the CTD issue for me! Only problem now, in this particular save, is the lighting. None of the lightsources work, making the exploration of the abandoned prison hopeless. I don't know if you used any lighting mods or not, but, for now, I'll disable my realistic lighting mod. Interesting start so far. I'll endorse for your support and such
Well it took 2 minutes of intense thinking... and I realized all I had to do was load the save... save the game again... and reinstall all my lighting mods to overwrite anything you had. Works perfectly now Kudos to you as well!
i do have allot of mods on, I might take them all off see what causes the crash. Most of my mods are armors, and weapons, I cannot see them causing the issue, but who knows.
i am unsure, i used the mods i mentioned to make her, then saved her inside the prison, a very basic game. I do have allot of mods on, but mostly armors and weapons. And baddass dragons mods. i watched my husband play her last night, and it all seemed ok. There has to be something conflicting, I do have apachii hairs mod, but im not using it on this girl.

(I'm using the required mods and set my UGrids to 5, as I thought that was causing the crashes, but still a no go)
i cannot think what it could be. Have you tried changing the load order
i could add a naked version if you waanted, see if its the dress, let me know
