The worldspace you have seen downloading the file can't be finished because it's too big: farther than 64 cells in both X and Y directions from the center of the map activators don't work anymore, this is why that worldspace won't be completed. Now I'm working on another worldspace smaller, I hope I'll be able to upload it soon
Seems like an interesting project so far. I could give you a hand if you'd like. I know my way around the creation kit (still learning things but it's not that different from the CS for oblivion). I'm starting a 3d modeling class for video game in september. At that moment I'll be able to do more than just cluttering ( new models+new textures ). Were you planning on adding new races? And if so how do you picture them? New creatures maybe?

I could help with the voice acting for the mod (if you are doing this) but i'm kinda not very good at it because I never tried it before. Also I know a video which teaches how to create dungeons and add clutter and stuff to it so after I learn from that I can help you with that.
