      I think prequel takes place during the events of Skyrim because during the first game part when katia arrives at kvathch there's an NPC that says a dispute is going on in Skyrim which I think he's referring to as the war between the empire and the storm cloaks

      No, Prequel is a prequel to Oblivion, taking place some time before the destruction of Kvatch, how can you not know that if you have read the webcomic?

      That's odd, there shouldn't be any errors since I don't recall using any texture replacers.
      
      This is just a beta and improvements as well as links are on there way.

      Facegen files are intended to mitigate the 'grey face bug' that occurs with custom NPCs.

   Isn't HGEC an Oblivion body? I think you mean CBBE :/

      yes, cbbe it is recommended, but not required. A link will be posted soon.
