well you fixed the main gate, but why did you put a loading screen there? the yard is part of the exterior cell anyway, i find it simpler to just disable the door. also there should be a way to enjoy the view of the lake and mountain from the fort, maybe a balcony, tower or porch as an extension of the safehouse or the front gate. also there is no enchanter in the fort...? You put a pile of wood next to the main gate but its just static object, maybe if ther was a wood pile for chopping it would be better. If you put a bedroll in the yard outisde it would be easier to rest without needing to go through another loading screen to get rest bonus xp.
