The quest seems pleasant. It's named QRTT01, so if you console "sqo qrtt01" you'll discover an entirely new story to discover. But, apparently, anything is triggered by a script, a script probably triggered elsewhere, outside the island, and initializing anything. The script sources, i.e. the PSC files, are not given with the mod, so it's practically impossible to understand how to start - unless decompiling the whole stuff. I wonder why people "shared" stuff that it's impossible to play. It's not a gift, it's a blame.
Currently coc and cow are the only way of getting there. The main island can be viewed by "coc baldorianislespawnduplicate01". This is the next thing on our to do list

Found 1 flying tree near the location of wolves, some unfinished mountains, a curious waterfall and a flying root upon the tree of life in the courtyard castle. No interior cell available. carry on
