I guess this would be useful to some. However, I wouldn't consider it cheating. At least not in the correct meaning of the word. As someone mentioned below; just simulate it's a part of the "Oblivionized" beginning where you choose a star sign or maybe I'm just lazy
One could argue that it wouldn't be a cheat as.. well they are just standing stones really - and aren't hard to find. And if you are more an oblivion kind of player and plays like your starts was chosen then day you was born kinda thing.
But then again - many arguments could go for this being a cheat aswell.
I'm... not sure which side to pick, anywho nice mod for those not wanting to hunt stones or want to immerse/roleplay that it's their birth signs

Make a book: "The Doomstones"
Write everything related to all the Doomstones: the powers, the stories and where are they.
You know, when you have discovered a doomstone, it will show on your map
