NEWS: As it's my primary custom home (for the sake of convenience and to house followers), I'm currently revamping the mod completely, in and out, so I'm also trying a new layout without being restricted by the limitations brought about by the existing farm architecture statics. Of course I may also include some Hearthfire, Dawnguard and Dragonborn support.

And I'll include some extras and surprises.

    Beautiful home!

It's laid out and decorated well. Really an enjoyable place to be.

It's got beds for 4 followers and 1 for the player, no other accommodations.

I appreciate that it has no requirements.

    Endorsed!

I use Ebonvale, which puts a cave along that ridge set back past where Riverside Lodge would be. Wondering if the cave system of this mod would be affected by that?

I'm using this mod on Xbox One and so far the only bug I've come across is the secret hideaway door doesn't teleport me to wherever it's supposed to, in fact it doesn't do anything at all except for the door animation. I was planning on taking this up with the one who ported the mod but they've turned off all comments/feedback so idk. Aside from this, you've done an incredible job with this mod and I don't see myself removing it anytime soon.

Whatever that was behind the door was cut out in the Xbox version due to system limitations.

A few years ago I was then using Bronze's True Vision preset for 0.119 binaries. Currently using Project ENB with heavy modifications for 0.308.

It's happening again - in my opinion Bayview never got the endorsements it deserved by a huge margin, and on a visit earlier tonight to it was reminded how much I liked it. Your sticky post mentioned Peregrine Highwatch as a near clone of the facilities - and as you note Gweneal says it doesn't clash with Riverside Lodge - so it's in and tested.

Riverside Lodge is my mainstay base and can't be touched, but as far as preliminary testing goes there seems to be no problem. Can remember Leaf Rest's NE edge affecting White River Cottage's navmesh and access (although it's been some time & I should check that out again), and don't want that hassle again.

Peregrine Highwatch basement is the key asset - forge weapons, create potions, improve and enchant all in one walkaround zone. Perfect. Logistically better than Riverside Lodge actually. Good adjacent bedroom. View from the walkway & terraces great. Central location and reasonably temperate climate (vanilla, not your tropical preference).

I still can't resist collecting beautiful followers (latest pair; Hannah & Aldril), and have to keep on finding quality homes for them. So I've solved another problem.

    Excellent work again. Endorsed.

When I installed this mod and went to visit it I discovered that there was a tangle of golden wire frames running all over the sky above this player home's footprint. I was disappointed. I didn't have any conflicting mods running that were altering that particular Skyrim space, so this was baffling to say the least.

Because this mod is so cool, I tried creating a new character, just in case I had some kind of legacy conflict in my current saved game. Unfortunately, the problem persisted. Sadly, I deactivated the mod.

Is there anything you can do to prevent the the wire frame from showing? I'm saving my last esp slot (#254) for it, just in case.

I hope that you have a solution, because I really like this player home. You have selected a great spot and the house has all kinds of interesting things to discover. I really wish that I could have kept it running.

Apparently, you may have a mod that changes the bird flight paths, specifically, the meshes, which explains for the "gold wires".

Otherwise, use TES5edit to remove the bird flight paths:

Well the location is great, and the views spectacular! Your pool navmesh might need tweaking. My followers won't follow me into the pool, even when asking them to come in. Also, some of the vanilla textures look much better if you make some items smaller, like the ramps on the way up. (For people without HD). You're a worthy modder and it's always good to see what you are up to!

this is a pretty fantastic location for the house. However I am wondering if it's normal for followers to not redress when they walk out of the baths? For some reason my followers will unequip their stuff when they walk in, but they do not re-equip them when they go out. However, their gear is equipped again as soon as I hit a load screen. Do you know if this is maybe due to a conflict with AFT?
