It should be gone... I double checked and entered the house in my own game and it was gone. If it's not gone, I could make a second version of this to change the acoustics (perhaps to more closely resemble a wooden structure's interior), though without a specific request I won't since all the Redoran interiors spaces have the same acoustic characteristics - eg, the Retching Netch has the same acoustics as Severin Manor - and changing it would be altering the game even more.
