Uploaded new version. This version no longer requires Hearthfire, otherwise should be the same. English version will follow as soon as I get a tool working for it. Maybe get a translator for the future to reduce work.

I guess that won't be too much work because that are only a few lines of text. Voice should be already universal since I used standard voice already avaible by the game.

Hod in Riverwood has gotten rich after buying a few tons of wood, but at least I can finally build my own house
