mod conflict, bad installation or Dragon armor. Dragons don't have an armor Rating, if you use a mod that changes that (like deadly Dragons), Dragons will be resistant to the dragonbane effect
Beautiful additions to the dragonbane. I, however couldn't get it to work with (i think the culprit is) skyre and unique uniques. If anyone had a large load order including these 2 mods and knows how to get this wonderful mod working with them i would appreciate some direction.

Actually only the loading order is important : So if you use his pack "unique unique" just make sure Celestial Dragonbane is loaded after his esp (since you still need it for the other weapons). If you only use his dragonbane reskin, you can load both but his esp is no longer useful, so it's cleaner to uncheck it.
