YOU CANNOT INSTALL ENB WITH NMM. This is the first thing you should learn about ENB. Good luck learning the rest because its not as simple as clicking a button.
That's Climates of Tamriel's sun causing the problem. It repoints the sun to a different folder along with all the clouds and other things.
The climates of Tamriels sun is located in textures\sky\climatesoftamriel
Youwon't see that folder because COT is in a BSA archive. But you can create this folder manually and put the sun files there. Skyrim will just override whatever is in the BSA with whatever is in the folder directory.
I love the skylighting and imagespace lighting, and the shadows are great. But for whatever reason for me when sun rays are enabled I am literally blinded when facing anywhere near the sun. Also, I still lose most of my fps, even when I turn off any kind of aa, ao, dof, etc. I wish I could use this enb but I only get 30fps in some outdoor locations if I'm lucky. I've tried things like the CinemaScope enb and lose maybe 4-5 fps, maybe it's the enb version? It seems for my system (amd phenom ii x4 965 BE, 8gbram, radeon 7850 2gb, win7 64bit) the enb 108 series is the only one I've tried so far that I actually get reasonable fps with.
I have a problem with the far objects, the mountains from afar look much brighter than the sky at night, and the shadows are too dark. Is there any way I can tweak anything to prevent it? Awesome mod by the way, endorsed!

Ok see down---
[EFFECT]
EnableDetailedShadow=true
Set it to false--EnableDetailedShadow=false..
And the dark shadows should be gone..
