You Sir saved my life. I heard that annoying sound for months and I never knew where it came from. Finally I can enjoy the silence and beauty of Skyrim again.
Honestly, I am just happy to help out. I understand this bug is impossible to get rid of once it emerges and can relate to others frustrations with it.
Quite frankly I am absolutely shocked that this wasn't fixed months ago by Bethesda. I truly dread the thought of what it must be like for those whom experience this on console versions.

It would be nice to mention it in the description, as this mod would only be used by those who do not want USKP for some reason.
