If anyone wants the regular Dawnguard banner for the Heaven Version instead of the pure white one here's what you do. First, download the Heaven Version. Then, download one of the other files, take its dbanner01.dds file, and overwite the same file that came with the Heaven Version.
The Dawnguard Refreshed and more Weathered Look update is complete and doesn't require the main files. The Heaven Dawnguard Fortress file is... a joke? I'm not sure. It contains the same .dds files as the others but the textures are completely white. I guess if your character died and heaven looked like the Dawnguard Fortress, that's what you'd see?
Either way, I'd suggest installing the normals from Skyrim Realistic Overhaul Dawnguard (google it).
I installed the mod and before I could travel to Fort Dawnguard it I noticed it somehow ruined the walls of Sjel Blad Castle mod. Here, I've took a screenshot of how Sjel Blad Castle is looking with your mod installed.
Probably Sjel Blad uses the same elements of Fort Dawnguard, but I didn't create it so I can't tell it for sure.

The update file sizes suggest to me that the main files are not necessary?
Also, what is ChooseMags Dirty 2048x2048 and Icons?
I mean, I want the weathered or winter look...so just the update?
Either way, I'd suggest installing the normals from Skyrim Realistic Overhaul Dawnguard (google it).
Makes it look good, that's all I wanted.
