Blackjackgarry: I dont know if i can change the cool down of a lesser power, but ill look into it i really wanted to do actual shouts with cool downs and all but i couldnt figure out how to add the new shouts without enemies using them too.
Maybe if i can leave the shouts they use to vanilla, and figure out how to change the shouts you learn from the walls.
I tried out now several (not yet the master powers) and they are nice. But I am missing a cooldown effect. That would be great if you can add such one. Without its a little to overpowering...
Eg. With SkyRe and Perks in Speechcraft maxed out (100), you'll have 5min for vision - nice, but no cooldown. If I use the real shout I have 30sec of vision and a cooldown about 17sec. Now with 5min of your lesser vision power, I suggest a cooldown of 1/3 to 1/2 of the max. time. That would be better for playing. Because now, you can shout as fast as you can press the key for shouting, and that's not very immersive!
I searched in the chest all i found was the supplies i put in there from a earlier quest. And yes i downloaded your latest file. Edit: Nevermind i found it. Thanks.

Arcy666: You should beable to find the cheat now if you redownload the new rar and figure out the riddle. Remember, don't spoil it for folks!
