love the incinerator - i always wished hearthfire added something like it where you could just destroy items.

one critique about it i would make to make it even better is if it acted like a condenser - so lets say you put enchanted armor into it, it'd destroy the armor but give back the materials used to craft the armor as well as an empty soul gem (the type of gem would vary depending on the level of the enchantment(s) on the item: Petty - Black = 1 - 100+ points)

a suggestion i would also give is to add a duplicator - just across from the incinerator. the duplicator would take any item (except for money) and multiply it by one. so you could put 500 soul gems in it and the duplicator would then add another 500 to the stack - the duplicator would also not duplicate filled soul gems, instead it would return empty soul gems of that type.

one other thing that i think would be a great addition would be to replace the forcefield from being just insta-explosions to instead the forcefield that surrounds the eye of magnus when you first discover it.

I always loved Leveler's Tower, since it served as the perfect home, but I've been noticing some critical things missing. The original had a HUGE storage area that sorted EVERYTHING in your inventory neatly. Where did that go? There was also an NPC to help you with smithing materials, as well as an area to mine ores. Where'd all of that go?

    Hi,

awesome Mod ... my favourite "house" ... one question: there is a spoils chest in the battle arena .. the sorting-thing sounded great ... (almost) everything I put in there was "sorted" or should I say .. gone ... where is all that stuff now?

just wanted to say i love this mod...

    except for a couple things...

I can't take anything out of the chests once I put them in. I can't stay in 3rd person for more then a few seconds, and the auto sort chests jacked my armor right from my body leaving me walking around the tower necked.

i installed manually like the description says, anything I can do to fix these things or are they bugs?

Nice remake. With the exception of the cheats (buttons) that are still intact, a lot of the unnecessary items/clutter have been addressed nicely. Very well done.

A couple irritating problems exist that unfortunately are deal breaking for me.

1.) The moving mannequin issues. UOSP doesn't correct it and even though it is not needed any longer, I still tried the old mannequin script fix to no prevail. I know mannequins will move to a degree and reset themselves upon leaving and entering any cell. But these mannequins really want to move, they try and jet every chance they get, regardless of leaving/ entering.
2.) My character will auto move within the mannequin room. And of course at times within the same room, you'll run into what seems like a brick wall. To the point of where you have to go around a solid invisible object. One time that just happened to be at the entrance. I'm sure both issues here are related to a degree. Nothing like getting pushed around in your own home!!

Heck, since this is a NG for me, I even deactivated every other mod as a just in case, but same result(s).

If the problems only occurred once in a while, I could deal with it because the rest of the mod is great. But the issue(s) occur way too often. I see in the comments that these issues have been mentioned some time ago, but nothing noted on weather or not the problem(s) have been found and planned for repair??

UPDATE 8/7: What is the point of having both the .esp and .esm files running at the same time? I ask because if I deactivate the .esm file, most of the problems mentioned above go away. The mannequins still move, but no more than any other house mod with that many in one general area. But the "invisible wall" so to speak seems to be non existent for now.

It's almost as if one file is for the original mod and one for the new one and they are overlapping one another to a degree, if that makes sense.

I apologize for the prominent issues you are experiencing and that they have continued "untreated." As you stated, they seem quite common with my mod, however, I have done everything I can think of to solve the issues with no success. It's unfortunate that the mod has not worked out for you, though still nice to know you appreciate the "concept" of the mod. Also I would like to thank your for your thorough detail, this always makes solving bugs a smoother process. Again, to be clear, I am well aware of the issues, have even experienced them myself yet I have been unable to make any impact, negative or positive towards the bugs described above. There will be no update, unless a third, more experienced party offers a solution (Unlikely).

Though I have not visited this mod for quite some time, to the best of my recollection, the .esm contains the original file's resources: textures, meshes, and the creation kit items using them. Therefor without the .esm activated you should experience Skyrim ctd on start-up. The .esp contains the actual architecture and interior (What I edited, but still relying on the .esm). If the mod works for you, activating the .esp file and not the other then I suggest you continue use that way (If you wish). But to clarify, you simply don't have Leveler'sRetreat.esm "checked" under the Skyrim launcher? Yet you have both the .esm and .esp installed within your Skyrim folder?

I can run the mod/game without any issues with ONLY the .esp. I have the .esm in my DATA folder still, but it is not selected via the launcher, NMM, CK or any other variable people may choose to use to launch. You stated I should be experiencing CTD without them both running, not sure why I have yet to come across that. I am not familiar with the games architecture enough to explain. I use BOSS, not sure if that makes any difference. But with the altercations I have made on my own and with obviously the hoping back and forth from the CK and the game for testing, I'm sure I would have experience a CTD by now if there was an issue. But nodda.

Like most house mods, I alter them to a degree for my own personal use during a play through. I am not that familiar with the CK, but the altercations I made to this mod seemed to work and fix the issues mentioned prior.

1.) I eliminated the .esp, which got rid of the "shoving match" in the mannequin room. Starting to wonder if they were the NPC's in the original mod actually doing the "shoving".I guess I never tried to temporarily delete them in the original to see if that solved the issue or not.
2.) As far as the mannequins moving issue goes. Instead of having the mannequins all dependent upon the "house mannequin", I made them to match the ones within the original mod. Or the three that even reside within yours. And obviously changing the look to match so forth and so on. Once that was done, they have yet to even flinch and still function the same.

That is all that I have done to correct the issues I was having. The rest I have done is cosmetic (erasing the cheats). But again, I am not that familiar with how all of this works. I just know whatever I did, it works flawlessly for myself.

Hopefully the info, as limited as it may be, can aide you if you do end up returning to play with it at a later date.

Thanks for the nice mod Hailey.

BRILLIANT ! I admittedly never added the Levelers Tower too big for my liking but when I saw the images of what you have done here I had to try it out. Being a hoarder I am thrilled to have a room to display all my treasures and just the right number mannequins to show off the great Armor mods I’ve found. Not sure how I feel about the room with all the buttons but then again no one will be twisting my arm to push any of them. Vilja’s portraits in the bedroom NICE touch. All in all a wonderful Mod … just one question, with such a vast garden I was curious why I can’t find a cooking pot anywhere?

I suppose it simply escaped me to add one, after removing the original kitchen and dining rooms, I simply forgot.

No worries at least I know now it wasn’t me. KUDOS again the more time I spend in it the more I am impressed with the work you put into it. The Temple is absolutely beautiful.
