A nice little mod. Shame Bethesda made Werebears sound just like Werewolves though... There's also no way to change their sounds without having them change Werewolf sounds too as they seem to be set under the same creature or something.
It would probably be smart to state whether it requires Dragonborn, so those who don't have it don't get upset and complain when they can't find a Werebear, or potentially their game crashes when they enter the areas where they spawn? (I'm not too sure if it would or not)

I'm certainly willing to take a shot at the werebear thing. I've been meaning to tweak lycanthropy in Skyrim anyway and make contracting the disease possible through means other than joining the Companions.
