this is awesome. I started having a load error with the launcher for some reason so I was manually adding them into the dlclist myself. this makes it a lot easier. thank you very much.
No, this adds new mods to the list in the plugins text file. So you only need to do it when you add a new mod that uses an esp file. Or at least that's what I gather from the rather brief description.
