Honestly, I though there is no way this would work for me. After many unsuccessful attempts of returning to Skyrim, I was like: oh well, maybe I mod a home for my character in Solstheim, because I love this character, I don't want to make a new one yet. But as a last resort I downloaded your mod, and I was just so happy when my character successfully arrived to Skyrim. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you for saving my character (and my sanity).
Thank you so much for this pearl! I had tried everything else aside the uninstalling/reinstalling my mods and none of it worked fully... Either it would cause issues in some way like lose my followers and the like and strait out crash, but this worked like a charm! Thank you again!

I didnt instaled your mod,but that whole description helped a lot to see more in the problem :) I just tryed the easy way :) It was uLockedObjectMapLOD=8 and uLockedTerrainLOD=8 entries in the [MapMenu] section in Skirim.ini for me, deleted those lines and everything works like charm again,going with boat to Windhelm with no probs at all :) i was suspect that EZEWorldMap mod,or load order (since LOOT make my AFT at 21/38 position), have to do something with it,and i was about to get rid of few mods and risk my 50lvl save,but this realy helped :) sorry about my English :)
