    Update
    Version 1.1

I learned how to make seamless patterns so I remade this mod using a seamless chainmail pattern. It looks 1k times better.

There anyway I can make this armor use the helmet mesh of the steel plate armor from this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/15927/

If this was just a replacer it would be trivial but the files are much different than that.

The armor is amazing! I can't decide if i prefer this one or the gilded one.
Have you ever considered performing the same work on steel weapons and shields?

This armor looks outstanding. West Point should use it for their mascot.

I'm not seeing it, where is the blue? It looks like a very nice black with gold gilding but I don't see the blue or is that only in certain lights. I've already got another steel set I'm using (aMidianborn) but a non-replacer would be cool.

It's blueD, not "blue". Bluing steel is a process using acids to create a very fine and solid layer of oxide on steel that seals and protects the metal from further oxidization. When burnished, it produces a black luster.

hahaha "where is the blue?" Noob of life. Just kidding it's sort of specialized knowledge but still funny

This looks quite spiffy. Just as a side-note, you forgot the corundum on the helmet recipe.

thanks, I fix that. I also noticed that after all this time, the chainmail on the legs is perpendicular from how it should be, gotta fix that too

Best looking armor I've seen. Like the new textures in v 1.1. Endorsed and thanx for sharing!
