Scratch that, I have another mod that edited dragonsmithing and didn't even know about it xD It is bigger and badder lich king's armor collector's edition (woah, such a big name -.-), which just edits the dragonsmith perk to be like "DragonArmor/PlateOfTheDam", so I guessed it messed a bit with the perk. Just moved it above legendary smithing and your mod and all's fine Thanks for the mod
As far as I know, Dragonbone weapons benefit from Smithing because mine do. Are you sure? The Unofficial patch may have already fixed this. Are you using the unofficial Dawnguard patch?
I know that dragonbone weapons will usually benefit from the dragon smithing perk - it is when I use the legendary smithing upgrades mod: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/1690 that they do not, because this mod was made before DG, and has not been updated to include dragonbone weapons.
If you're not using that mod, this mod won't do anything - it's only for people using that mod.
I also use BOSS to make sure my load order is fine, so I don't think me having my dragonbone weapons unaffected by dragon smithing perk without making a fix in CK is caused by that.
