Actually kinda does look like mike tyson. I dont think the dude would bother putting it up if that was the case.... You should go look at what Iron Mike looks like again maybe.,
I'm trying to do tattoo, also gauntlets as well I'm just learning atm. but I think he looks like tyson when he first got out of jail and he fought McNeely.
Couldn't you edit the face texture for his corresponding race and give him a face tattoo? Only problem is I think that may apply to all males of his same race.
Have to admit, I'd never ever know this was supposed to be Mike Tyson. Although to portray most real people accurately given Skyrim's limited options (at least for now) is a great challenge, if not impossible.
