Oh, in another playthrough there wasn't Borvir's corpse (and so no key), but Kianna from the mod Interesting NPCs. Undearhearth.esp loads after the other mod.
I've tried using "help underhearth" for the key. That didn't help so I've "unlock"ed it and couldn't finish the quest in reading the last note.
Nice mod! My only suggestion would be to add a bit more ivy to make it more realistic (doesn't look like natural ivy behavior to randomly appear underneath windows only It expands a little bit) Anyway that's a suggestion, take it or not it is still a really great player home
Ah, nice little house. My crush goes on the burnt target-mannequin : nice touch. (Having the target's silhouette on the wall behind would've been awesome!)
The vanilla alchemy table is outside the home. The home is accessed through Journeyman's Nook, which has an alchemy table. So there's one nearby the house, but not in it--the house is a completely new cell.
Edit: Also, quick silent update so the directions in Winterhold don't havoc settle into the snow.

fofino88,
did you install the mod and read the notes/book? a coffin wouldn't fit in the story.

You've wrote about a vanilla alchemy table - so is the home a modified building that's already been there or a new placed one?
