Some lines of dialogue for Frea appear in Italian. Especially when you tell her you need to part ways, she says "Sei stato un onore", even though she speaks in english. You might want to fix that.
I'm having trouble with her body. When naked, her breasts are misshapen, and don't have any physics to them. Also, No More Ugly Bronze Shine isn't applying to her. This happens whether I set the load order above or bellow my group of body changing mods.
Which is a shame, since you've created a wonderful face for her. She looks a lot better than her vanilla model, but isn't so glamorized in the way many modders go with.
This is one of the nicest revamp npc mods I've seen. You've kept her strength, not made her a doll face, and found that perfect balance of looking young, yet strong. Someone who's not quite sure of herself as a leader, but not lacking in determination or courage.
She has a look that reminds me of Brienne of Tarth. Not that she looks like the character, but that like Brienne (in the show) her face is striking, even attractive, without being beautiful.
1. the model definitely looks better, though I wonder why you chose brown eyes over blue.
2. you should remove ALL modifications to perks, skills, etc. Basically anything other than just the textures and meshes. Why? because all of what you are trying to modify is fixed in either the unofficial patches, or with Advanced Follower Tweaks. Your ham-handed attempt actually screwed up some of the other perks she is supposed to have (see this list: http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/615803-the-elder-scrolls-v-skyrim/65914794 ). she doesn't need lightfoot if you use AFT.
3. Oh yeah, there is both an update for UFO that allows it to work with Dragonborn DLC, AND you can use both UFO and AFT, provided you install UFO and all the updates first, then install AFT and all its updates, then run BOSS. been using it like that since my second day playing.
4. Did you know Frea was a werebear? You actually can get her to change into one using the AFT options.
so, sadly I can't recommend this mod as is, because it simply tries to do things it shouldn't.

This mod definitely upsets her perks and skills, making her weaker... even turning her back into a light armor expert wearing heavy armor that the unofficial patch fixes! Certainly a great face, but an unusable mod overall.
I'd jump on a blue-eyed "Lite" version (just the face changes), but I can't use this. *sniff*
She looks great, but TES5Edit comes up with this warning:

Huh. I never tried out TES5Edit to know how it works. Dragonborn DLC followers are probably still incompatible though with follower overhaul mods unless there is a patch, so it might be that.
That said, Frea worked fine for me in my playthrough, so unless there isn't another mod conflict I'm not sure how to help, sorry. D:
Hmm it's funny that I would find this here, because I am making my own mod (Teldryn) and I get the exact same error when checking it in tes5edit... Perhaps it is indeed something to do with dragonborn.
Hey Beans! Thanks again for the mod, shes awesome! Is frea supposed to edit nordrace? I noticed this recently because I made some presets for nord female and they wern't showing up in-game, after fiddling with load order I found that this mods nordrace edit was overriding my presets. I'm just loading it later now which is fine, but I was just wondering if it's supposed to be like that? Is it something to do with being standalone?
Most likely yes. For my old standalone characters they were easy enough to duplicate their races to set their textures, normal maps, etc off the bat. I learned you needn't to do that, but since at that time I was borrowing different textures I wanted to make sure it was standalone to a non-playable race.
Beans, not to be critical, but I am sort of disappointed with this mod. One reason I really appreciated your work, is you generally worked within the vanilla content, and made some REALLY good looking NPCs without going nuts with custom textures. A small 200-500K esp was usually plenty and otherwise made a world of difference for many NPCs.
Anyway, you're still doing phenomenal work, so keep doing what you will, and do it well; I'm not asking you to appease me.
Every time I see your work, I grin with delight. I love this - as I love all your revamps! You do such a good job making them realistic and still true to their original look.
