its a problem with the bound weapon style of spell, i have yet to even figure out if it is my mod or a problem with the game, but the problem is native to your save file, try loading up previous save files, if all else fails the only fix i know is to make a new character, or never use bound weapons, as i said, i dont even know if it is my mod, because when this first happened to me, i deleted all skyrim content and re-installed and still had the issue
Yes, its a game related issue. I've never used this mod, and I have problems summoning any vanilla bound weapons. I'll try the improved version of this mod first.
This looks like a really cool mod, but I'm having a little trouble making it work. I'm pretty sure it's just because of the version of skyrim I'm using. Keep up the good work!
Absolutely love this version over the improved one, more lore friendly imo. But theres a couple of issues with the gauntlets. There's an ArmorHeavy keyword attached to both light version armor which wont work with light armor perks and the gauntlet are kinda glitchy ( forearm/wrist disappear on start skyrim/load game or wont display properly on most armors) if you attach them to forearm slot. But nevertheless, they're easy fix other than that great job
Maybe you could/should/would release either multiple spell variants, or multiple esp's allowing for different spell schools as I can see justification for a number of possible spell schools calling it their own.
Conjuration: Is home to the existing conjured weapon skills; though to be precise these are not "metacreative" weapons, but rather daedra bound into the form of a weapon and released at the end.
Destruction: Forging a blade of energy for the purpose of maiming and killinh certainly seems like this field.
Alteration: Creating a field that can cut or stab is a logical extrapolation of on creating energy fields that block projectiles or lift objects and best fits you definition of "forging a blade with your mind"
the new model will be released when i can get it to work as a weapon and keep it attached to bones
the master gauntlet isnt getting a retex, its getting replaced with the model you see in that screenshot, it will not count as armor, and you will be able to wear whatever gauntlets you want with it (or none at all if you wish)
would it be possible to get this as a spell without needing to wear the gauntlet?
or possibly retexture those crappy iron and steel gloves with the Psijic gloves, those would fit perfectly since they are already glowing and magic-like. Great mod though, i am liking it.
