   this you say poor english thing will change my word spellings into a bad speller guy and so the append thing almost change my apear and apending and if the word apending is not a english word and is not correct its because of your description and i can forgive you and ill try to find the word that is correct

   Seems rather straightforward to me. The Dragonborn doesn't absorb the entirety of the dragon's soul. Some is left in the scales and bones. You can smelt them to create ingredients to make powerful healing potions, or fill soul gems.
   
   Now there is a use for all those scales and bones we've been collecting, besides making armor. I think it's a cool idea. Downloading.

   Someone find out what language this person speaks and do a real translation, please. That isn't "poor English", it's complete gibberish.
