   I cannot talk to Falco. The quest wouldn't start. So I reached the EEC post and killed all the pirates and looted the chest. The quest started and I had to report back to the EEC captain. But he's just saying "Yes?" or "Need something?". So what's seems to be the problem here?

      I also have the issue of not being able to talk to Falco. But for me it’s because I completed the first empire quest and then my game automatically started the give 1000 septics to Falco misc quest, so please look into it soon.

      This is old skyrim version, you need to use clean save game.

   I have a quest that auto started. I want to know how can i get the quest WEREBEAR TEST TO FAIL. I killed Brin thinking that would do but nothing happen. I need the command code for this quest. I have found away that may cancel Werebear test for Hunter test. With the update does this allow the hunter test to be completed. I ran the update I believe so I will see if anything is fixed.

   Would you change Hircine from an Argonian guy to this deer-skulled human? I played TES III so it seems simillar to that.

       Yes, why not to be, the mod only affects Dragonborn locations, and not the main quest.
