I changed the script itself to add the values of Contrast and Saturation and patched main plugin and Pure Weathers to get rid of freaking annoying HDR and it worked. Thanks a f-ing lot! This thing is a blessing. God bless you carpetbulge! Many many many many thanks. Endorsed and kudos for you.

Honestly, I'd rather my Skyrim looked like Oblivion than the ridiculous, graphically overblown eye-sore that it was released as. Thank you!

I'm using the patch version to remove excessive eye adaptation from my lighting mods in Special Edition. It works perfectly.
This mod is so underrated. Thank you.

This still works, there's also a similar script included with xEdit that does it as well as tint and such. No built in blur killer though

On a side note: if Todd and his team had spent more time on the gameplay and storytelling, and less on the visuals, we might have had something resembling a fucking Elder Scrolls game.

As with others, THANK YOU! I was at the ending of Shimmermist and just couldn't take the glare anymore, such a pleasant improvement. I'm sure to find more such examples in my further explorations.
