As the author wrote in his description, vanilla vampire lord doen't use it. If you want to be able wearing the royal armor you need mods; I suggest you Royal Bloodline, is probabliy the best and quite balanced mod that does a lot of pretty things (flying possibility included). alright well I want this armor for my character but the mod you recommended has nothing to do with armor far as i'm concerned it rapes the game world like so many other mods and requires you do this and that and blah blah any chance to simply have royal female armor without a serious load of... well complications...
