Also, I've never modded before, I have no idea how to mod, but I'm looking at a tutorial on how to turn in game weapons into .esp files, so if I can get the permission of the katana modder to upload the katana with your enchantment as tenseiga do I also have your permission to upload it with your enchantment?
Of course, I will credit you for the enchantment, but how would I go about not requiring your mod for the enchantment to work? I created the katana with TESsnip, and I noticed that your mod only comes with an .esp file, does this mean that the sword will just have your enchantment without needing your mod?
Between you and me, I was wanting a weapon that WOULD heal people with every hit Heres the roleplaying I was going for:
"The Tenseiga (???) is a sword that belongs to Sessh?maru, and was once wielded by his Father. The sword has a special property in that it cannot harm any living beings, which is ironic for a sword. However its power lies in the fact that it can bring the recently dead back to life as well as healing the wounded. The sword was once part of Inuyasha's Tessaiga."
However, even just a katana that will bring them back to life is fine, as I doubt I'd ever weild it just to heal someone lol.
@saintgrimm92 I didn't think of the whole re-entchanting thing when making this mod. I'm currently working on your problem, and I managed to fix the crash. But I can't kill people know with the entchanted weapon, because they earn HP with every hit for some reason.. But the reanimating works! I will report back when I figured out the HP-problem :/
And yes, they will die again, but I changed the duration to 9000 days, so they will nearly live forever.
Well I just encountered a problem... When I try to enchant the katana with the reanimate enchantment the game crashes. Think you could fix this somehow when you update the mod again please?
This is the only mod I have seen with an ability like this, and really would like it for roleplaying, but I just dont much care for the enchantment being on a dagger.
Also, I get the CTD when trying to put the enchantment on any weapon, not just custom ones.
I saw that the enchantment on the dagger is just a really huge reanimate enchantment. If i disenchant the dagger so I can enchant a katana (I'm going for a tensaiga kinda thing from inuyasha) will it work the same? or will they die again after the 49k seconds?
yeah skyfolk nailed it. I installed deadly dragons and one showed up an wiped out half of falkreath... this dagger will save me some time the console. Also nice for other stuff too. nice idea!
