wow, 203 Endorsements! I am very happy that this mod has improved SO many people's game experience! a BIG thanks to all that have downloaded and endorsed my mod!
Would you consider uploading version where you only improved the weapons range? I am pretty high level in game, so I think these new enchantments would make me even more OP then I am right now and I am probably not the only one...
there's already a mod that does this, I simply added the enchantments http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/31137
for the record, this is a simple weapon edit, the enchantments are what were more difficult... I still gave him credit, but I didn't really HAVE to.... you could probably even do this yourself if you wanted to with the creation kit, the weapon edit that is XD
My mod doesn't change the appearance of Miraak's Sword, it just improves it's enchantment. and I gave details on what the new enchantment entails. As far as what the weapon looks like, the picture I provided IS the actual weapon. if you don't know what the "whip" effect is of the sword then you obviously haven't finished the dragonborn expansion... the only thing I can say in that aspect is play dragonborn and finish it and if you don't like the enchantments on Miraak's sword then just download this mod
oddly, I'm used to making my own enchants, which are much more powerful than this. I don't understand people complaining about this being OP.
hey, here's a tip people: the game has difficulty sliders that work ON THE FLY. you don't have to start a new game, just adjust your slider up, and now the enemies are tougher. it's that simple. want it even tougher? try the deadly dragons mod, the new version also can modify all enemies, not just dragons.
this is woefully underpowered for the level I play at, but still fun to toy with. I keep thinking the tentacles spell from the staff should slow enemies as well as poison them, that would be useful, no matter what level you play at.
Just added the three versions in my previous comment. hopefully this will be to everyone's taste.... you guys are lucky I support the modding community so much ... as that was tedious to do.
P.S. if you want a version that does range only this mod http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/31137 does just that.
yeah I kind of figured it might be a bit OP, I'll upload 3 additional versions in a little bit just so people can pick and choose. probably one with 5 damage instead of 15 and one with 10 and one with 3
Thank you so much for this awesome upgrade to the weapon!
Love the mod it works awesomely, but I agree with AureusCRO. When you're high level, you are kind of too powerful and so could you please just make a less powerful one for high level players?
I loved Miraak's armor and sword they were so unique and freaking cool looking, but the effects of them were so... lame. This mod makes up for Bethesda's stupid enchantments on a end game weapon.
