    This mod is going to be put on an indefinite hold. I no longer play Skyrim as I just don't like it anymore. The files aren't going to be updated and I am probably not going to put up any more files for this mod. Thank you for understanding.

    Agreed! I just started using Expanded Towns and Cities and the random floating lanterns look awful! A patch would be phenomenal

      ETaC does have a patch for Lanterns of Skyrim, included in the patches download. It may be fairly recent, but it is definitely there now.

      i get ctd when i load that patch. what am i doing wrong?

      just use the Etac MCM to shut off lanterns in villages. the villages will still have lanterns, just not floating ones.

    Keep getting this "requierment message "on BOSS is it important?

    Requires: RIC_Dawnstar.esp

    any idea how to fix it? also im using mod organizer...

    Hi, I need help. I installed mods Sharpshooter ENB and Climate of Tamriel, and the lantern is too bright, too much bright. What should I do to reduce the light just like a torch. The torch in the game is good.

      I don't use either of those mods, or ENBs in general. So I have no idea. I suggest picking a different lighting option on the main page. Or another suggestion is to not use that specific ENB and use another, I don't know as I said I don't use ENBs.

      That one has been giving me a bit of trouble. There's a lot of moved buildings from that mod which makes the lanterns placed by mannygt float and all this weird junk.

    I use both town mods and I had no idea that these patches exist !
    I didn't even realize that anything was missing :-D

    The vanilla lanterns are flat on top except for the mount for the ring, also it has bars the create an X across the side. The lanterns in your screenshots have a distinctly different top to them. its much thicker than the default lantern and it does not have the cross bars on its sides. So somewhere you got a different lantern model nif file installed, because that is not the stock lantern.
