The ancestors of all Orcs were an elvish cult worshipping Malacath, who was himself beautiful, until he was eaten and shat out by Boethia. When Malacath emerged from the exrements he was deformed and ugly, and his followers became as ugly as him.
Needs a craftable and replaceable orc follower. Craft Malacath's Brew, use it to summon an orc follower in front of you. Cue default follower dialogue. If he dies, just craft another orc and bam, expendable followers. Now THAT we would be suprised. Add horker butter for a stronger base orc.
