As of now, TechAngel85 from the STEP Project will be doing maintenance updates and compatibility fixes to this mod should they arise. Due to both time constraints and fading interest in Skyrim modding itself, it's only fair.

I'm not sure what this mod needs (maybe an iNeed compatibility version, if needed?), but without a working mod making setup, it would be too much hassle to check on my end.

Enjoy & have fun with this mod!

Does the main file (2015 version) include the DLCs; or must I also use the DLC plugins in the 'Old Files' section?

I quick click on the "preview file contents" link on the file shows that they are included in the main file (FOMOD).

  3. Realistic Needs and Diseases version.

Please fix. Or I could do it and send you a copy. I guess WilliamImm did not use SkyUI when creating the mod. I think the only solution would be to move the stats texts from the disease names their descriptions. Unless it is possible to change the text size, which I doubt, except with advanced SKSE scripting or something.

EDIT: Or perhaps the problem only arises when you add the diseases with console commands, as I did, but I doubt it.

It is compatible and you'll find them when you contract one and look at your player effects in the magic menu, if I remember correctly.

Thanks a lot TechAngel85 for the reply.

Oh man I asked many questions and I thought I would get a notification if someone replied, just saw your reply by chance.

is merging all the plugins safe to do? seems pointless to have 3 files when 1 would work best least for my needs.

Don't need to if you use Bash Patch

Just a quick notification that I fixed the formatting on the description and opened the BUGS tab so users can report bugs found with the mod.

I assume this is incompatible with the disease options in isoku's iNeed. Does anyone know of a patch for iNeed?

I didn't even think about that mod. I'll look into it later today.

EDIT: I don't think they are compatible. iNeed completely replaces the vanilla diseases with its own.

Any chance of a compatibility patch for iNeed? I was excited about this mod until I realized that it probably wasn't compatible with the dangerous diseases version of iNeed.

      Regardless, it's great mod concept.

As I already stated, they aren't compatible and it would mean making an entirely new version of the mod since iNeed removes most of the old diseases and replaces them with new ones.

Since WilliamImm isn't really modding at the moment, I'm just going maintain the mod for USKP fixes and patches that already exist.

Does the same go for Imps more complex needs?

I assumed it does, so have yet to download.

What about iNeed without the deadly disease plug-in. I am not sure but I think it uses the game disease system. I'm currently trying to use iNeed with diseased (and the deadly disease disabled). So far I did notice the description of diseases are a bit lacking. So far I have no conclusions from my little experiment, but it appears to be working. Maybe.

I got happy about this until I realized it's not compatible with INeed. I wish there were more descriptions for that mod. Oh well! Thanks for this anyway though, it's needed for sure.

Some examples of the changes would be nice, either screenshots or a list on the readme.

The biology/medical nerd inside me is weeping for joy, thank you for making diseases more immersive! These simple words cannot convey my utter joy at this mod, such a simple fix that makes it 100 times better. Thank you!!! All my love for doing this
