   Is it normal for these Weapons to swing so slow and heavy, please amp the swing speed

   Charges will ends up eventually. To make them unlimited it must be set up to 0 instead 10000 in CK and enchantment spell cost and amount to 0 (better to create new enchantments).

   This is awesome...makes me wonder why bethesda didn't make it lootable, more weapons are allways welcome in skyrim

   Great stuff. I was pretty disappointed when I snuffed out my first Ash Spawn and couldn't loot his badass weapon, so this is great!

   I'm pretty sure, I only saw two Heart Stones in the CK and one was marked as a quest item.

   Are you sure you set it to require RIGHT heartstone?
   
   As I do believe there is multiple items that have similar ID's.
   
   I don't know for sure as I haven't been in Solstheim yet, nor I haven't seen heartstones.
   But I believe there is multiple heartstones available, some that players aren't aware of.
   So you need to make sure you make it require right sort of heartstone

    Actually, I tried to, but for some reason it acted like I didn't have one even though I just gave myself one.
