Downloaded, and assuming all goes well as it should, you might just append something about wrye bash in the description for anyone dealing with leveled list issues who might not know about it. If you're unfamiliar, it automagically combines the leveled lists from all mods that are placed before it so that theyre all merged and later in the load order.
While I do agree with you, this really isn't about logic so much as convenience. I wanted to be able to get everything needed to craft arrows/bolts from one person, and all right beside a forge.
As jiubiizeekk said, Dawnguard isn't the only thing that makes it possible to craft arrows. Yes, I specifically mention Dawnguard, but I also specifically mention that this mod technically has no requirements. Since there is clearly at least some demand, however, I will add a Dawnguard version soon.
I specifically avoided adding the Firewood to any of the levelled lists for two reasons: I wanted to make absolutely certain Firewood would be available to purchase, and I wanted to avoid issues with mods that do alter these lists. By adding the Firewood directly to the inventory, and loading this after everything that might make changes to these lists or the vendor's inventory, I haven't seen any issues.
i believe it wont affect any leveled lists (blacksmith chest) because if there is another mod editing this it should merge. unless it edits the same item or deletes something. ill tell you if this is true soon. up to an hour from now. as i have 2 mods that edit the war-maidens chest.
@Valridagan i think hes/she is trying to keep it as a vanilla game thing. as you don't need those mods to actually get craft-able arrows.
Edit: ok so they don't merge. just a healthy idea in the blacksmiths chest there is something called LItemBlacksmithMineralsRaw75 this is what you should put the Wood into so it is given to all the blacksmiths with no actually inventory problems (no conflicts) unless another mod edits this Litem.
also dont put it into this exact one type litemBlacksmith in the search and put it into a different one.
just so you know what i just said is going to be included in a mod im making atm. feel free to do it because i wont release it for along time.
You specifically mention Dawnguard in this mod's description, yet no firewood was added to the inventories of Gunmar or Sorine Jurard. I find this to be odd, and somewhat disappointing.
"I have a particular set of mods that make me a nightmare for the children of skyrim, you sell me wood now and its over, I won't come after your daughter......but if you don't, I will find her, and I will Thu'um her."

Haven't got Dragonborn yet, but will make an add-on for it when I can.
Nice mod, thanks. I just moved those +10 firewood to my Requiem.esp so as to avoid additional plugins in my loadorder.
Comes in handy with Frostfall.
